This region is acknowledged by most cigar experts as the premier area for the highest quality Dominican tobacco.
Our Dominican line of cigars are hand-rolled by some of the most experienced cigar rollers working in the Dominican Republic today. Pacific Cigar has the largest stock of premium tobacco grown in the San Victor region. Pacific Cigar's Dominican line of cigars is encased in four different types of wrapper:
Connecticut Shade is the classic light-colored wrapper used to create an aesthetically handsome as well as the perfect mild-to-medium tasting cigar. To create this taste, the wrapper is combined with a filler and binder of olor (Dominican) and piloto (Cuban seed/Dominican grown) tobacco.
Dominican Doube Fermented is a natural, sun-grown wrapper leaf aged a minimum of five years to create an extremely rich-tasting cigar that accommodates the most discriminating cigar smoker - the type of smoker who enjoys a Cuban cigar. The wrapper is combined with a filler and binder that are predominantly piloto tobacco and also aged five years.
Indonesian is a medium shade wrapper that is combined with a filler that is predominantly olor tobacco and a binder that is predominantly piloto tobacco to create a mild bodied cigar.
Brazilian Maduro is the classic dark Maduro shade wrapper that is combined with a filler of predominantly piloto tobacco and a binder that is predominantly olor tobacco to create a medium bodied Maduro cigar.
