| The tobacco leaf is stripped and then separated and categorized into various mounds that make up the three different parts of a cigar: filler, binder and wrapper. |
| The filler leaves are combined together with exactly enough tobacco to complete a cigar. Once the filler is combined together, it is hand rolled into a binder to hold the filler together and form a bunch. |
| The binder is now hand rolled into the smooth wrapper that gives the cigar a sleek smooth look. |
| The cigar is then put into a mold and pressed from one side to the other to form its even rounded shape. |
| Once the cigar roller's process is complete, the cigar undergoes our quality control. The cigar is inspected by our experienced inspector to be approved as a premium cigar, meaning that every cigar made by Pacific Cigar Company will be well constructed, has properly aged tobaccos, and features almost identical wrapper colors. |
